We join once the design concept is approved. Our full cycle covers the detailed specification, sourcing and reservation, approval of substitutions, ordering, logistics and production tracking, receiving at our warehouse, delivery, and on-site supervision of installation and placement. You get a clear timeline and roadmap from day one.
Working alongside our designers, we build individual, one-of-a-kind projects around your brief — and we can also show you our completed portfolio and adapt suitable ideas to your own floor plan.
That responsibility sits with us. We track every order, control quality on receipt at our warehouse, and handle all negotiations with factories, customs and logistics providers. If something goes wrong, we find a replacement or a fix quickly, without pulling you into the process.
